How to Feel Like Yourself Again

Something feels different. But no one has connected the dots.

You know your body, and you know something has changed. Even when you’re told everything is normal, no one has explained why you still don’t feel like yourself.

In this workshop, Dr. DeAnn Bing, MD, helps you connect the dots between hormonal changes and how you feel, understand which tests may help explain what’s going on, and identify the right questions to ask your doctor. Get instant access below.

Read this first

If any of this is you, you are in the right place.

  • I feel fine. I just don’t feel like me anymore.
  • My labs came back normal, but I know something is off.
  • I eat the same and move the same, but my body is different.
  • I’ve been told it’s just aging, just stress, just anxiety.
  • I look tired. I am tired. And no one has answers.

You are not imagining it, and you are not alone. There is a name for every symptom you were told to live with, and most of them respond to treatment.

The part no one draws for you

During menopause, the average woman ages six to nine years biologically. Not chronologically. Biologically.

Your hormones, your metabolism and your inflammation begin shifting in your 30s, quietly, and no one sits you down to explain it. So you get handed a prescription instead of an answer. A sleep aid. An antidepressant. A diet for the weight that will not move. The truth is simpler and more hopeful: this is biochemistry, it shows up on the right panel of labs, and normal is not the same as optimized. Most of it is measurable. Most of it is fixable.

In November 2025 the FDA moved to remove most of the longstanding warning on menopausal hormone therapy, catching policy up to the modern safety evidence.

What the workshop covers

Three things that change everything.

01

Hormones and energy

The labs that actually matter, why testosterone matters for women too, and the difference between a number that reads normal and one that is truly optimized across 40+ markers.

02

Aesthetics that read as rested

Why your treatments start to underperform when your hormones are out of sync, and what changes when a physician reads your skin and your chemistry as one system.

03

Longevity and body composition

GLP-1s done right so you lose fat and keep your muscle and bone, and why muscle is the one organ that predicts how well you age.

Before you ask

Questions women ask first.

Is this only about menopause?
No. The shift begins in your mid 30s, long before menopause, and it keeps mattering through your 60s. If you are perimenopausal, menopausal, or just feel different and cannot name why, this is for you.
Is hormone therapy safe?
For most appropriate candidates the modern evidence supports it, which is why the FDA moved in late 2025 to remove most of the longstanding warning. It is not right for everyone. The workshop explains how to know if you are a candidate, and any plan is individualized after a real evaluation. Nothing here is a prescription.
Do I have to be in Atlanta?
The workshop is on demand, so you can watch from anywhere. For the consult and ongoing care, Dr. Bing will confirm how she works with patients in and outside Atlanta.

Your invite

You are exactly on time.

What you have been feeling is real. What you were told, or not told, about it was incomplete. You are not too old, too late, or too far gone.
